The Leesburg man who pleaded guilty in November to federal charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft was sentenced Friday to 64 months in prison, followed by thee years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $465,748 in restitution.

An Ashburn Realtor has been indicted by a federal grand jury on conspiracy and mortgage fraud charges related to allegedly fraudulent mortgage loan transactions involving at least 25 homes in Northern Virginia. The cases resulted in more than $7 million in losses to lenders, according to federal authorities.
